Vendor vs. Exhibitor
All sponsors participate as Exhibitors, which grants your company an official presence at the event with the ability to promote your brand and engage with attendees.
Sponsors wishing to conduct retail sales on-site must also select the Vendor Authorization option during registration.
Product Contribution Requirement
Please note that sponsors are required to contribute product with a minimum retail value equal to 50% of their total sponsorship investment. Product contributions support raffles, pilot prizes, and other event activities that enhance the overall experience for attendees.
