New IRCHA Web Site

Hello pilots!

We’re excited to announce that the new IRCHA website is now live. This change was made with one primary goal in mind: long-term stability for the organization and a better experience for our members.

Why the New Site?

Over the years, the previous website grew into a very complex system that depended on multiple software platforms working together. It became difficult to manage and required specialized knowledge to maintain — something that does not support the continuity IRCHA needs as Boards and officers naturally change over time.

After evaluating the situation, the Board selected a platform that is simpler, more reliable, and far easier to operate. While it may not have every bell and whistle, it gives us something far more important: a stable, sustainable foundation that future leadership can manage confidently with minimal training. Simply put, it helps protect the organization and positions IRCHA well for the future.

🔐 Activate Your Account

If you are an IRCHA member or have registered for the Jamboree in 2024 or 2025, your pilot and membership information has been successfully transferred. However, because passwords are encrypted, they could not be migrated, so you will need to create a new one.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Visit: https://www.ircha.org/account/register

  2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address
  3. Create a new password (you may use the same one as before)
  4. Click “Create”

If you register using the same email address you used to register for the Jamboree in the past, you’ll see a notice asking you to verify your email.

  • Check your inbox for an email from IRCHA
  • Click “Activate your account”

Once completed, your account will be fully active.

🚁 Jamboree Pre-Registration is Open

You can pre-register for the IRCHA Jamboree right now for just $100. Lock in your spot early, save money, and get one more thing off your checklist for the season.

📊 Financials Now Available to Members

For the first time in decades, IRCHA has published financial reports for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025. Transparency matters, and members can now review these documents anytime.

After logging in:

  • Click the account icon in the upper-right corner of the site
  • Enter the Members Only Area to access the financials

If you can't see the member's area or get an error is because you're not a current IRCHA Member. Only annual or lifetime members have access to the member's area. If you registered for the Jamboree in 2025 you're still a member. However, if your last Jamboree was 2024 and you didn't purchase an annual membership in 2025, you're not a current IRCHA member.

This new website is an important step forward for IRCHA — built not just for today, but for the organization’s future.
