IRCHA Jamboree Sponsorship

The 2026 IRCHA Jamboree, taking place August 5–9, 2026 at the AMA International Aero modeling Center in Muncie, Indiana, brings together the most recognized brands, elite pilots, and passionate enthusiasts in the RC helicopter community.

To maintain a professional, high-quality sponsor environment, all sponsors are required to purchase the Exhibitor Package, which serves as the foundation of your event presence.

This deadline ensures proper event planning, sponsor placement, print production, and logistics. Late requests cannot be accommodated.

Exhibitor Package (Required)

Your Exhibitor Package supports the organization and establishes your official presence at the Jamboree. It includes:

  • The ability to promote your products and brand throughout the event within your assigned exhibitor area.
  • Your primary logo featured on the official IRCHA event T-shirt (if registered by June 15).
  • Placement of up to four feather flags (two along the safety/flight line and two near the entrance road, within designated areas).

This package ensures consistent sponsor visibility while helping us deliver a clean, professional event layout for attendees.

Once registered as an Exhibitor, you may enhance your presence by selecting from the additional sponsorship options below.

Vendor Participation

Sponsors wishing to conduct on-site retail sales must add the Vendor Authorization option.

Vendor-only participation is generally not permitted, as exhibitor presence is a key component of the overall event experience. However, IRCHA may grant exceptions under strict and limited circumstances when clearly beneficial to the event and its attendees. Approval is at IRCHA’s sole discretion.

Product Contribution Requirement

All sponsors are required to contribute product equal to 50% of their total sponsorship expenses (including Exhibitor Package, covered space, and add-on options) at retail value. For example, if a sponsor spends $2,000, they must contribute product worth a minimum of $1,000.00 USD retail value.

Product contributions help support event promotions, raffles, pilot prizes, and community activities. Specific delivery deadlines and approval criteria are outlined in the Sponsor Agreement.

Vendor (Authorized to Sell Products)

Allows direct on-site sales and customer transactions during the event.

Covered Space

Choose from the following covered space sizes:

  • 20 x 20 feet
  • 20 x 30 feet
  • 20 x 40 feet

All covered spaces include:

  • Two tables
  • Two chairs
  • The ability to display two feather flags in front of your assigned space

Covered spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Flight Line Feather Flags

Position your branding alongside one of the highest-traffic areas of the event for repeated exposure throughout the week.

Entrance Road Feather Flags

Pilot Badge Logo (Maximum of 3 Sponsors)

Your logo will be printed on official pilot badges worn throughout the event, providing continuous visibility across the flight line and event grounds.

Friday Noon Demo (10 Minutes — Max 6)

Showcase your products or sponsored pilots during a dedicated demonstration window.

Saturday Noon Demo (10 Minutes — Max 6)

Capitalize on peak attendance with a demonstration opportunity in front of one of the largest crowds of the weekend.

Generator Rental (Limited Availability)

Generators are in high demand. Quantities are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Discounted Pilot Registrations (Maximum of 6)

Sponsors receive a unique coupon code to share with pilots so they may register at no cost to them.
